When businesses in Florida were asked about their 3rd quarter employment plans (increase, decrease, no change or did not know), most areas in Florida showed planned net increases.

We need to remember in economic down times there is an opportunity to increase our market share if we have a positive attitude and just keep working. Market share is the key to success. If you can increase your market share eventually good things are going to happen.
During bad times competitors close, cut-back on service, and lose key employees. If you can maintain your level of service and keep quoting bright days are ahead.
