Our associates not only care about our clients, but also the community. We are very proud of them spending their weekends helping others. ABCO Payroll Service also provides time off when possible during working hours.

Todd Trent (in booth on right), our Systems Manager, is selling tickets to Roger (ABCO Payroll Services President/CEO) at the Bradenton Seafood Festival. Todd was volunteering his time as an applicant to the Hernando Desoto Historical Society which raises money to support various local charities including Lighthouse of Manasota, Adopt-A-Family, Toys for Tots, Keep Manatee Beautiful, and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Manatee County.

Todd either has participated or will be participating in many of the De Soto Heritage Festival events this spring including the Children's Parade, the Easter Egg Hunt, the Seafood Fest, the Bottle Boat Regatta, and the Heritage Festival Parade.

Karen (on left), a payroll processor, is preparing a lunch purchased by Roger and raising money for the Breast Cancer 3-Day along with fellow American Payroll Association member Marcia McKeen by serving sandwiches from Rudy's Ribs at a church rummage sale.

This is the second year Karen has participated in the Breast Cancer 3-Day. Last year she raised over $2400.00, this year she hopes to raise even more. Even though it's called the Breast Cancer 3-Day, it calls for a commitment which spans several months and includes training for the walk and raising money at events such as the one shown above. Participants walk 60 miles over the course of 3 days and raise money to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation and the National Philanthropic Trust fund.

Many of our clients have donated on Karen's behalf this year.
